We offer a full service for commercial building exterior cleaning; including window cleaning, cladding cleaning, gutter clearance and pressure washing.
We can offer all of these services together, which can be cost-effective if you are using one of our methods such as abseiling and MEWP services.
Many of our clients choose to have our services on a contract basis, where our teams clean the exterior of their commercial property as often as required; this can be monthly, fortnightly, or even weekly, depending on your business’ needs.
Our main aim is to provide quality services, with minimal impact to you, your staff and your customers, we are even able to work around your business hours to suit you.
ACE cleaning and support services can also offer one-off cleaning services, from just one service, to a full deep clean of the building exterior.
To provide you with a complete full service, we offer a variety of cleaning methods to ensure that all buildings are able to be cleaned to perfection, including buildings of extreme heights and buildings with limited floor access.
Methods we use:
Reach and wash cleaning – A method which can be carried out from the safety of the floor, using poles which reach heights of up to 80ft. They use purified water which allows the windows to dry naturally and streak-free.
MEWP cleaning – MEWPs can be used for a variety of services, including window cleaning, cladding cleaning and gutter clearance. MEWPs allow for a safe platform to clean building exteriors from a height.
Abseiling cleaning – Rope access technicians are ideal for buildings of extreme heights, or those which lack ground access. All of our technicians are fully qualified and highly experienced.
Cradle cleaning – Cradle cleaning is most suited to large buildings which have a vast surface area to clean. Cradle cleaning creates a platform for our cleaners to use with minimum disruption to your business.

We have a health and safety management system we follow which sets the standard we work to, this meets the UKAS requirements for ISO 45001.
Before any work is carried out, we provide our clients with a full health and Safety pack, which includes a health and safety policy, Risk assessment and method statements (RAMS), Training certificates, inspection records, insurances and COSHH.
